I have never seen a rooster's penis and I would really like to know if they really do have one.

Hens can lay eggs without a copulation but they will be unfertilized eggs

Nope, they don't need a rooster to lay eggs! They do need a rooster if you want them to have chicks!

Yes the rooster has a penis, it is inside of him!

A cockeral is a fixed male!

This depends on what you mean by 'lay eggs'. If you mean lay fertilized eggs then i'm not too sure about the penis, but chickens can lay unfertilized eggs.
