You say "When you try to catch them" are they able to fly or are you chasing themat their cage? Why I ask is because you can't really start training a bird if they can fly, the reason for the biting is called Fight or Flight, if the bird is scared because your trying to catch them, then they will try to get away or if they can't they will bite to fight back.
With them being adults it is going to be harder to tame them down because they are very much set in their ways.
You will need to make sure they have their wings clipped and when you approach them have a treat to offer them, like a piece of fruit or a branch of millet, they may show more interest in eating that instead of your hand.

If they are adults you will be hard pressed to change their behavior. It's very important that when parrots are babies that they are hand fed by humans and also handled and interacted with so that this type of behavior is never an issue. If their wings are clipped so that they are unable to fly, get a towel to cover them with when catching them and each and every time they nip or bite shut them in the cage and cover it for a few minutes. Also reward good behavior with some type of treat.

patients with it. I know it hurts when they bite, but be concisstend. it will work. I have a bird to and it took us a few weeks to get it undercontrol but it will work.
